Ruby and Eugene’s second blog post of their V. Sattui Winery wedding in St. Helena as promised in my last post. This was a very hot day in Napa Valley. The kind of heat you feel like you might pass out if you don’t have the air conditioner going full blast in the car. Family and guests were slightly in slow motion during the getting ready on the second day of celebrations, which would be expected when the day before was a full day of festivities. I had no idea how busy V. Sattui Winery is on Saturday. I arrived early like I always do to scout out the property and I couldn’t believe how many visitors there were. Parking was a time consuming process and bit of a walk from the vineyards back to the actual property. The good thing is that no matter how busy the winery is there’s an awesome shady spot that makes for a great first look location and is kept private for weddings. I’m still astonished by how amazing Ruby and Eugene looked with all of the different outfit changes throughout the wedding weekend. I was also thankful they were willing to put up with all of my different ideas on the second day because it was a lot of posing for photos and I can only imagine how exhausting it would be to pose for that many photos over three days.
