Flying across the country in September to capture Giselle and Matt’s backyard Savannah Georgia wedding was totally worth it. The wedding ceremony was held at the Davenport House Garden. And, the reception took place in the backyard of their rehabbed house. The old Victorian home (Edna) was in very rough condition when Matt purchased it in 2012. The day of the wedding there were poster sized prints showing the original condition of each room. It was astonishing to be able to see the before and be standing in the after. They really did an amazing job transforming Edna into a beautiful home. I kind of wish I could move into the house. The best part of the day for me was being able to use the bedrooms upstairs for the bride and groom photos. Thanks once again Giselle and Matt for flying me out to be part of your Savannah wedding.
